  • Payment Due Upon Submission: Payment for content review and formatting is due upon submission. The publication process will not begin until the payment is made upfront.

Content Requirements

All submitted content must meet the following requirements:

  1. Format: Content should be submitted in editable formats (e.g., .docx, .txt, .rtf).
    Images should be in high-resolution formats (e.g., .jpg, .png, .svg).
    Videos should be in .mp4 or .mov formats.
  2. Quality: Content should be well-written, free from grammatical errors, and adhere to brand guidelines.
  3. Accuracy: Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. Fact-checking is the responsibility of the content creator.

All content must be submitted through our online portal at, under the “docs” or “file” section in the menu for the corresponding project. Alternatively, content can be emailed directly to []. When emailing, please ensure that the subject line includes the project name, publication type, publication target, and the requested publish date to facilitate efficient processing. Please note that publication requests sent through other email addresses or methods will not be accepted and will be automatically rejected by the system. To ensure your content is processed in a timely manner, please adhere strictly to the designated submission channels.

Podcast Content

  • Script: Provide a detailed script or outline of the podcast episode.
  • Audio Files: Submit high-quality audio recordings in .mp3 or .wav format.
  • Show Notes: Include any additional information, links, or references to be included in the show notes.
  • Pricing: Standard pricing for podcast content review and formatting is $200 per episode.

Marketing Mailers

  • Design and Layout: Submit a detailed design and layout plan, including text, images, and call-to-action buttons.
  • Content: Ensure all text is final and approved.
  • Target Audience: Specify the target audience and any segmentation criteria.
  • Pricing: Standard pricing for marketing mailer content review and formatting is $150 per mailer.

Social Media Content

  • Platform Specification: Indicate the social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Content: Provide text, images, videos, and any relevant hashtags or tags.
  • Scheduling: Specify the desired posting date and time.
  • Pricing: Standard pricing for social media content review and formatting is $50 per post.

Webinar Content

  • Presentation Slides: Submit the complete slide deck in .ppt or .pdf format.
  • Script: Provide a detailed script or outline of the webinar.
  • Supplementary Materials: Include any handouts, worksheets, or additional resources.
  • Pricing: Standard pricing for webinar content review and formatting is $250 per webinar.

Video Content

  • Script: Provide a detailed script or storyboard.
  • Video Files: Submit high-quality video recordings in .mp4 or .mov format.
  • Editing Notes: Include any specific instructions for editing, such as transitions, captions, and graphics.
  • Pricing: Standard pricing for video content review and formatting is $300 per video.
