Introduction

At Tech Unlimited Group, we are committed to providing the highest level of service and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. To maintain our service quality and financial health, we have updated our billing policy effective June 7th, 2024. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our new billing procedures and standard industry rates.

Billing Policy Overview

Industry Rates and Prepayment:
- All work will be charged at current industry rates.
- Payment must be received in advance for all projects and services.
Estimates and Invoices:
- Every project will receive a detailed estimate and/or invoice before work commences.
- Projects valued over $1000 are eligible for milestone payments. A 33% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of specified milestones.
Regular Services:
- Regularly scheduled services (monthly, weekly, etc.) such as hosting, email marketing, server management, etc., must also be paid in advance.
- Services left unpaid for 30 days will be terminated or suspended.
Monthly Retainer:
- For clients who require ongoing services, we offer a monthly retainer option.
- The monthly retainer ensures priority access to our services and can be customized to fit your specific needs.
- Estimated price range for the monthly retainer: $1,000 – $5,000 per month, depending on the scope and volume of services required.

- VPS Hosting: $20 – $80 per month
- Dedicated Hosting: $80 – $300+ per month
WordPress Hosting:
- Basic Managed WordPress Hosting: $10 – $50 per month
- Advanced Managed WordPress Hosting: $50 – $200 per month
WordPress Development:
- Hourly Rate: $50 – $150 per hour
- Project-Based: $500 – $5,000+ depending on the scope and complexity
Website Development:
- Hourly Rate: $75 – $150 per hour
- Small Business Website: $1,000 – $10,000
- Custom Website: $10,000 – $50,000+
Website Updates:
- Hourly Rate: $50 – $120 per hour
WordPress Site Updates:
- Hourly Rate: $50 – $120 per hour
Automated Email Marketing:
- Platform Fees: $10 – $200 per month (depending on the number of subscribers and features)
- Setup and Management: $500 – $2,000 per month
Email Copywriting:
- Per Email: $50 – $500 per email (depending on length and complexity)
- Monthly Packages: $500 – $2,500+ for regular campaigns
Custom Node.js App Development:

Database Management:
